no longer hugging your mom because you think it's awkward.
forsaking your own religion.
losing your eyesight.
losing your foresight.
getting over that awkward feeling about hugging your mom.
Waking up late.
Not wanting to wake up at all sometimes.

knowing what you want and being afraid of pursuing it.

Growing up is
the end of innocence,
the beginning of romance,
and an endless search for purgatory.
